益肾填精法对慢性脑供血不足患者脑动力学的影响

目的 探讨益肾填精法在慢性脑供血不足患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2015年3月~2018年10月我院收治的慢性脑供血不足患者86例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以益肾填精法治疗，比较两组脑动力学指数、认知功能、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体水平变化情况。结果 治疗后，观察组血管阻力指数低于对照组[（0.75±0.03）vs（0.87±0.05）]，血管搏动指数高于对照组[（47.83±5.96）vs（41.26±5.17）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组认知功能评分高于对照组[（25.84±2.03）分vs（20.96±1.87）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体低于对照组[（0.35±0.24）g/L vs（0.87±0.33）g/L]、[（1.29±0.35）mg/L vs（3.51±0.62）mg/L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 益肾填精法用于慢性脑供血不足患者治疗中，可有效提高其认知功能，改善脑动力学相关指数，临床疗效确切。

Effect of Yishen Filling Method on Brain Dynamics in Patients with Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency

Objective To explore the application effect of Yishen Filling Method in the treatment of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods 86 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The observation group was treated with Yishen Filling Method on the basis of the control group. The changes of brain dynamics index, cognitive function, fibrinogen and D-dimer levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the vascular resistance index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group [(0.75±0.03) vs (0.87±0.05)], and the vascular pulsation index was higher than that of the control group [(47.83±5.96) vs (41.26±5.17)],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cognitive function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [(25.84±2.03) points vs.(20.96±1.87)points],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than the control group [(0.35±0.24) g/L vs (0.87±0.33) g/L], [(1.29±0.35) mg/L vs (3.51±0.62)mg/L],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yishen Filling Method is used in the treatment of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency, which can effectively improve their cognitive function, improve the brain dynamics related index, and the clinical curative effect is exact.
