经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果

目的 探究经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的有效性、安全性。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年3月就诊于我院的70例输尿管结石患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各35例。对照组行气压弹道碎石术，研究组行钬激光碎石术。比较两组治疗效果、手术相关情况（手术时间、血尿和住院时间）及并发症（输尿管穿孔、感染、便血）。结果 研究组总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的77.14%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组手术、血尿和住院时间均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率为2.86%，低于对照组的22.86%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效较好，可有效缩短手术时间及患者的住院时间，减少并发症的发生。

Treatment of Ureteral Calculi with Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 70 patients with ureteral calculi who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 35 cases in each group. In the control group, pneumatic lithotripsy was performed, and the study group underwent holmium laser lithotripsy. The treatment effects, surgical related conditions (surgery time, hematuria and hospitalization time) and complications (ureteral perforation, infection, blood in the stool) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%, which was higher than that of the control group 77.14%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time, hematuria and hospitalization time of the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05); the complication rate of the study group was 2.86%, which was lower than that of the control group 22.86%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of ureteral calculi, which can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
