国内智慧课堂研究热点透视及对医学教育领域启示

摘    要:目的 透视近期国内智慧课堂研究热点,探索智慧课堂在医学领域的应用。方法 选取国内核心期刊2010~2018年主题为“智慧课堂”的文献,对其进行关键词的共词分析、聚类分析和文本内容解读;同时将其他学科领域与医学领域在智慧课堂中的研究进行横向比较。结果 CNKI国内核心期刊共刊登了123篇以智慧课堂为主题的文章,从2015~2018年文章数量分别为8、20、28、39篇,呈上升趋势。智慧课堂在社会科学、信息科技、哲学与人文方面文章数量分别为119、18、4篇,得出上述学科与智慧课堂结合紧密;医学教育方面未有核心期刊文章,医学教育与智慧课堂结合薄弱。书目共现分析系统筛选频次阈值≥3的关键词有:信息化、智慧教育、数据挖掘等21个,SPSS分析出的皮尔逊高频关键词相似矩阵,智慧课堂与数据挖掘、信息化、智慧教育等结合紧密。将高频关键词和皮尔逊相似矩阵关键词筛选、分类得出智慧课堂热点主要集中于:智慧课堂与信息技术深度融合、智慧课堂的价值追求以及智慧课堂的构建策略三个主要分支。结论 智慧课堂在医学方面结合薄弱,推动智慧课堂与医学教育的深度融合,有助于提升学生的创新思维能力,促使全面发展,培养出具有良好价值取向、思维品质较高、善于学习、善于研究、善于创新、善于解决各种复杂问题的智慧型医生。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To explore the recent hotspots of domestic wisdom classrooms research and explore the application of wisdom classrooms in the medical field. Methods The papers of the domestic core journals from 2010 to 2018 with the theme of "wisdom classrooms" were selected, and the common word analysis, cluster analysis and text content interpretation of keywords were carried out. At the same time, other subject areas and medical fields were in the wisdom classrooms. The study was conducted horizontally. Results CNKI's domestic core journals published a total of 123 articles on the theme of wisdom classrooms. The number of articles from 2015 to 2018 was 8, 20, 28, and 39, respectively, showing an upward trend. The number of articles in the social sciences, information technology, philosophy and humanities is 119, 18, and 4, respectively. It is concluded that the above disciplines are closely integrated with the wisdom classrooms; there is no core journal article in medical education, and the combination of medical education and wisdom classrooms is weak. The keywords of the bibliographic analysis system for screening frequency thresholds greater than or equal to 3 are: informationization, wisdom education, data mining, etc. 21, SPSS analysis of Pearson high-frequency keyword similarity matrix, wisdom classroom and data mining, informationization, Wisdom education and so on are closely combined. The selection and classification of high-frequency keywords and Pearson's similar matrix keywords lead to wisdom classrooms hotspots mainly focusing on three main branches: the deep integration of wisdom classrooms and information technology, the value pursuit of wisdom classrooms and the construction strategy of wisdom classrooms.Conclusion The weak combination of wisdom classrooms in medicine and the deep integration of smart classrooms and medical education can help students to improve their innovative thinking ability, promote comprehensive development, develop a smart doctor with good value orientation, high quality of thinking, good at learning, good at research, good at innovation, and good at solving complex problems.
