马来酸桂哌齐特联合尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死患者中的疗效

目的 探究马来酸桂哌齐特联合尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死患者中的应用。方法 选取2017年6月~2018年10月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者64例，运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组给予尤瑞克林治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予马来酸桂哌齐特治疗，比较两组血液流变学水平（纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度）及临床疗效。结果 治疗前两组血液流变学水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度分别为（0.23±0.05）g/L、（0.34±0.03）%、（9.05±0.98）mPa·s、（1.21±0.15）mPa·s、（4.59±0.43）mPa·s，均低于对照组的（1.39±0.53）g/L、（0.43±0.04）%、（11.23±1.05）mPa·s、（2.49±0.21）mPa·s、（6.49±0.49）mPa·s，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为94.64%，高于对照组的83.93%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 马来酸桂哌齐特联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效显著，能够降低血液流变学指标，改善梗阻情况。

Efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate Combined with Uricillin in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of cinepazide maleate combined with uricillin in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with equin, and the observation group was given cinepazide maleate on the basis of the control group, the blood rheology levels (fibrinogen, hematocrit, whole blood high-viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood low-cut viscosity) and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood rheology between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group had fibrinogen, hematocrit, whole blood high-viscosity, plasma viscosity, and whole blood low-cut viscosity were (0.23±0.05) g/L, (0.34±0.03)%, (9.05±0.98) mPa·s, (1.21±0.15) mPa·s, (4.59±0.43) mPa·s, which were lower than the control group. (1.39±0.53) g/L, (0.43±0.04)%, (11.23±1.05) mPa·s, (2.49±0.21) mPa·s, (6.49±0.49) mPa·s, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%, which was higher than that of the control group 83.93%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion he efficacy of cinepazide maleate combined with uricillin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant, which can reduce blood rheology and improve obstruction.
