情景体验教学用于产科新入职护士培训的效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨情景体验教学在产科新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法 将我院新入职护士按入职时间前后分组,将2017年1月~2018年3月新入职护士设为观察组,2015年1月~2016年12月新入职护士设为对照组,观察组22人使用情景体验教学进行临床带教,对照组24人采用传统带教方式进行临床带教,比较两组专科理论知识与技能操作掌握情况。结果 观察组母乳喂养知识、产后出血护理、产程观察与处理理论考核成绩高于对照组,统计学意义显著(P<0.01);观察组新生儿护理知识成绩高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产后出血应急处理、孕产妇跌倒处理、剖宫产早吸吮指导、新生儿窒息复苏考核成绩高于对照组,统计学意义显著(P<0.01);观察组新生儿交接身份识别成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景体验教学有利于新入职护士掌握专科知识与技能,提升其岗位胜任力。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of situational experience teaching in the training of new nurses in obstetrics. Methods The newly recruited nurses in our hospital were divided into groups according to the entry time. The new nurses from January 2017 to March 2018 were set as the observation group. From January 2015 to December 2016, the new nurses were set as the control group.22 people used the situational experience teaching to carry out clinical teaching. The 24 people in the control group used the traditional teaching method to carry out clinical teaching. The two groups of theoretical knowledge and skill operation were compared. Results In the observation group, the results of breastfeeding knowledge, postpartum hemorrhage nursing, labor observation and treatment theory were higher than the control group,the statistical significance was significant (P<0.01). The neonatal nursing knowledge of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant. (P>0.05);the observation group postpartum hemorrhage emergency treatment, maternal fall treatment, cesarean section early sucking guidance, neonatal asphyxia resuscitation test scores higher than the control group, with statistically significant (P<0.01); the observation group newborns scores of handover identification were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Scenario experience teaching is conducive to the new nurses to master the knowledge and skills of the specialists and enhance their positional competence.
