江苏宿迁地区Hp感染及粪便基因检测克拉霉素耐药现状

Status of Hp Infection and Fecal Gene Detection for Clarithromycin Resistance in Suqian Area,Jiangsu

Objective To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its resistance to clarithromycin in Suqian area ofJiangsu Province. Methods The Hp examination results of 14C breath test tests conducted by the First People's Hospital of Suqian City from October 2016 to October 2017 were collected. The personal data of 412 subjects were randomly selected and 146 Hp were collected. The fecal specimens of infected persons were tested for fecal gene clarithromycin susceptibility test, the Hp infection rate was counted, and the influence of related factors on Hp infection was compared to understand the resistance of Hp clarithromycin. Results A total of 2919 cases were included in the study, and 1248 cases were positive for Hp (42.75%). The Hp infection rate was 44.89% in males, 39.89% higher than females (P<0.05), and the lowest Hp positive rate in the under 20 years (35.42%). The infection rate was the highest among the 21-40 years old population (45.18%). The infection rate of people over 40 years old decreased with age. There was no significant relationship between Hp infection and smoking, drinking, personal income and fasting blood glucose (P>0.05), of the 146 Hp-positive fecal specimens, 137 of them could successfully extract bacterial genomic DNA, The PCR products of 29 samples showed two bands of interest by BsaI digestion, and the PCR products of all samples were not cut by MboII digestion. Conclusion The Hp infection rate in Suqian area of Jiangsu is 42.75%. The infection rate of male population and age between 20 and 40 years old is high. The fecal gene susceptibility test shows that the resistance rate of clarithromycin is higher than 21.17%, This will provide a more powerful basis for the prevention and treatment of Hp infection in Suqian.
