肋骨内固定联合肋间神经阻滞治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效

目的 观察肋骨内固定联合肋间神经阻滞治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年6月~2019年3月我院收治的肋骨骨折患者86例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组43例。对照组采用常规保守治疗，观察组采用肋骨内固定联合肋间神经阻滞治疗，比较两组术后12、24、48 h VAS评分、临床疗效及并发症总发生率。结果 观察组术后12、24、48 h VAS评分均低于对照组[（2.65±1.03）分vs（4.02±1.08）分]、[（1.79±0.68）分vs（2.91±0.74）分]、[（1.25±0.27）分vs（1.67±0.29）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为95.35%，高于对照组的79.07%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率为23.26%，低于对照组的2.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 肋骨内固定联合肋间神经阻滞治疗肋骨骨折患者效果显著，可有效缓解患者疼痛，降低并发症发生几率。

Clinical Efficacy of Rib Internal Fixation Combined with Intercostal Nerve Block inthe Treatment of Rib Fracture

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rib internal fixation combined with intercostal nerve block in the treatment of rib fractures. Methods 86 patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional conservative treatment. The observation group was treated with rib internal fixation combined with intercostal nerve block. The VAS score, clinical efficacy and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups at 12, 24 and 48 h after operation.Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 12, 24, and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group [(2.65±1.03) points vs (4.02±1.08) points], [(1.79±0.68) points vs (2.91±0.74) points], [(1.25±0.27) points vs. (1.67±0.29) points], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than that of the control group 79.07%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 23.26%, which was lower than 2.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of rib fractures with rib internal fixation combined with intercostal nerve block is effective, which can effectively alleviate pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
