连续康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量的影响

目的 研究连续康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院收治的84例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各42例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用连续康复护理干预，比较两组治疗总有效率、肢体功能评分及生活质量评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.23%，高于对照组的80.95%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后两组肢体功能评分（上肢、下肢）均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后两组生活质量（心理状态、社会功能、躯体功能、工作情况）评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 连续康复护理干预可促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复，提高患者生活质量，进一步改善患者的预后效果，具有临床应用价值。

Effect of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Limb Function and Quality of Life in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective To study the effects of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb function and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 84 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The group used continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention to compare the total effective rate, limb function score and quality of life score of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.23%, which was higher than that of the control group was 80.95%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The limb function scores (upper limbs and lower limbs) of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing. The difference between the group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life (psychological state, social function, physical function, work status) of the two groups was higher than that before the nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the recovery of limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia, improve the quality of life of patients, and further improve the prognosis of patients. It has clinical application value.
