耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

Clinical Distribution and Drug Resistance Analysis of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus

Objective To familiarize with the clinical distribution and drug resistance of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and provide reference for clinical. Methods The VITEK2 COMPACT automatic microbial analysis system was used to identify and screen out MRSA strains. Results From January to December 2017, 459 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from our hospital, of which MRSA 98 strain, the detection rate was 21.35%. Pediatrics, trauma repair burn plastic surgery, neurosurgery detected more MRSA. Among the 98 strains of MRSA, the antibiotics with higher drug resistance rate were penicillin G, erythromycin, clindamycin and tetracycline. The sensitivity rate of vancomycin, linezolid and nitrofurantoin was 100.00%. Conclusion The detection rate and drug resistance rate of MRSA in our hospital are still severe. The clinical use of antibiotics should be used rationally, and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control infection.
