中药内服联合外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨中药内服联合外洗对复发性霉菌性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法 随机选取2015年5月~2017年5月本院收治的102例复发性阴道炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各51例。对照组采用制霉菌素阴道栓联合口服制霉菌素治疗，治疗组采用加味桂芍四妙汤配合中医外洗治疗，对比两组治疗效果，随访观察两组患者复发情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为92.17%，高于对照组的82.35%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访发现对照组复发3例（5.89%），治疗组复发1例（1.96%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医内服联合外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎临床效果较好，复发率低，值得应用。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Recurrent Mycotic Vaginitis with Oral Administration and External Washing

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with external washing on recurrent fungal vaginitis. Methods A total of 102 patients with recurrent vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 51 cases each. The control group was treated with nystatin vaginal suppository combined with oral nystatin. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Guishao Simiao Decoction combined with external Chinese medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The recurrence of the two groups was followed up.Results The total effective rate was 92.17% in the treatment group, which was higher than that in the control group 82.35%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).At the follow-up, 3 patients (5.89%) relapsed in the control group and 1 patient (1.96%) in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion TCM oral administration combined with external washing for recurrent mycotic vaginitis has a good clinical effect and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of application.
