金属硫蛋白与肿瘤的关系研究

摘    要:金属硫蛋白广泛存在于自然界及生物界中,目前认为金属硫蛋白是一类低分子量、富含半胱氨酸的内源性小分子蛋白物质,其具有较为独特的结构特征、理化性质及生物学特性。研究发现其在多种疾病的发生发展、发病机制、诊疗及药物耐药性等方面发挥着重要的作用,目前尤其是对于金属硫蛋白与各种肿瘤的发病机制、发生发展、诊断治疗、预后评估及抗肿瘤药物耐药性等关系的研究方面,逐渐受到愈来愈多的关注。本文主要对金属硫蛋白的结构与功能、主要生物学功能及其与肿瘤的关系进行综述。

Abstract:Abstract:Metallothionein is widely distributed in nature and in the biological world. It is believed that metallothionein is a kind of low molecular weight, cysteine-rich endogenous small molecule protein material with unique structural characteristics, physical and chemical properties and biological characteristics. The research has found that it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various diseases, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment and drug resistance. At present, especially for the pathogenesis, development, diagnosis and treatment of metallothionein and various tumors, the research on the relationship between prognosis and anti-tumor drug resistance has gradually received more and more attention. This paper reviews the structure and function of metallothionein, its main biological functions and its relationship with tumors.
