腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的应用研究

目的 探讨对胆结石患者实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年1月~2018年5月收治的胆结石择期行胆囊切除术的患者72例为研究对象，随机分为常规组及研究组，各36例。常规组给予常规开腹治疗，研究组患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间，术后24、48、72 h VAS评分情况及围术期并发症情况。结果 研究组患者手术时间、出血量及术后排气时间均小于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后24、48、72 h两组患者VAS评分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且研究组患者各阶段VAS评分均低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组围术期并发症发生率为5.56%，低于常规组的22.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对胆结石患者给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术，相较于常规开腹手术，手术时间短，患者出血量少，疼痛程度轻，围术期安全性高。

Application of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones.Methods 72 patients with cholecystectomy who underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group, 36 cases each. Routine laparotomy was given to the routine group and laparoscopic cholecystectomy was used in the study group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, VAS scores at 24, 48, and 72 h after surgery and perioperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, blood loss and postoperative venting time of the study group were lower than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups were decreased at 24, 48 and 72 h after operation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the VAS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The perioperative complication rate of the study group was 5.56%, which was lower than that of the conventional group 22.22%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is performed in patients with gallstones. Compared with conventional open surgery, the operation time is short, the amount of bleeding is small, the pain is mild, and the perioperative safety is high.
