强力定眩片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈源性眩晕疗效观察

目的 观察强力定眩片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的80例颈源性眩晕患者，按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组，每组40例。联合组采用强力定眩片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，对照组采用单纯盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，每组以10 d为1个疗程，两组均治疗2个疗程。疗程结束后分别观察两组眩晕评分、脑血流改善程度（TCD检测）、颈椎JOA评分及评定临床疗效，并随访6个月观察两组复发率。结果 联合组治疗后眩晕计分低于对照组（0.46±0.11 vs 1.35±0.41），差异具有统计学意

Therapeutic Effect of Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets Combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule on Cervical Dizziness

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 80 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the hospital. The patients were divided into the combined group and the control group by random number table, 40 cases in each group. The combination group was treated with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Each group was treated with 10 days for 1 course. Both groups were treated for 2 courses. At the end of the treatment, the stun score, cerebral blood flow improvement (TCD test), cervical spine JOA score and clinical evaluation were observed. The recurrence rate was observed after 6 months of follow-up. Results The vertigo score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group (0.46±0.11 vs 1.35±0.41),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The basilar artery, left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery were improved after treatment in both groups, and the improvement of the combined group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The JOA score of the cervical vertebra was lower in the combined group than in the control group (7.64±0.74 vs 9.31±1.09),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was 90.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the combined group was 22.73%, which was lower than that of the control group (46.67%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules are effective in treating cervical vertigo, which can effectively improve blood rheology, improve patients' quality of life, and have advantages in long-term treatment.
