左甲状腺素钠治疗先天性甲状腺功能低下的疗效

目的 探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗先天性甲状腺功能低下的疗效。方法 选取2012年1月~2017年12月在我院接受治疗的先天性甲状腺功能低下患儿210例作为研究对象，所有患儿均接受低剂量左甲状腺素钠治疗。观察患儿甲状腺功能（TSH、FT3、FT4）、智力状况、身高和体重。结果 治疗后患儿TSH水平降低，FT3、FT4水平升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后患儿大运动、精细动作、语言发育和社会适应能力均达到正常水平，经丹佛儿智力筛查84.29%患儿发育商达85分以上，99.52%患儿达70分以上，仅有1例异常；93.81%患儿身高达到正常水平，96.19%患儿体重达正常水平。结论 低剂量左甲状腺素钠治疗先天性甲状腺功能低下效果确切，可以改善患儿的甲状腺功能，促进患儿体格和智力的发育。

Effect of Levothyroxine Sodium on Congenital Hypothyroidism

Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine sodium on congenital hypothyroidism. Methods A total of 210 children with congenital hypothyroidism who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All children received low-dose levothyroxine sodium treatment. Observe the children’s thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4), intelligence status, height and weight. Results After treatment, the levels of TSH decreased, and the levels of FT3 and FT4 increased,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the children’s large movements, fine movements, language development, and social adaptation ability reached normal levels. 84.29% of the children in Denver were screened for a developmental quotient of 85 or more, 99.52% of the children had a score of 70 or more, and only 1 case was abnormal; 93.81% of the children were as high as normal and 96.19% of them were normal. Conclusion Low-dose levothyroxine sodium is effective in treating congenital hypothyroidism, and it can improve the thyroid function and promote the physical and mental development of children.
