MTA1和XIAP的表达与前列腺癌转移及预后的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨MTA1和XIAP蛋白表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测53例前列腺癌(PCa)和20例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中MTA1和XIAP蛋白表达,并结合肿瘤的病理学行为和临床随访资料进行分析。结果:在PCa组织中MTA1和XIAP阳性表达率分别为81.1%、75.5%,均显著高于BPH组织(P<0.05)。MTA1和XIAP表达与肿瘤分化程度、周围淋巴结转移、远处转移、预后密切相关(P<0.05)。MTA1和XIAP蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.369,P=0.004)。结论:MTA1和XIAP蛋白表达与PCa发生、转移和患者生存期密切相关,联合检测可以对PCa的发生、发展、预后及药物治疗提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expressions of MTA1 and XIAP protein in prostate carcinoma and its relationship with metastatsis and prognosis. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of MTA1 and XIAP protein in 53 cases of prostae carcinoma and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The study also included analysis of the pathological behavior and clinical follow-up survey of prostate carcinoma. Results: The positive expression rates of MTA1 and XIAP were 81.1% and 75.5%, which were higher than those in BPH(P<0.05).The expressions of MTA1 and XIAP were closely related to the degree of histobiological grade, matastasis of lymph node, distant metastasis and prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Positive correlation was found between MTA1 and XIAP protein(r=0.369, P=0.004). Conclusion: These data suggest that the expression of MTA1 and XIAP may be closely related to carcinogenesis, metastasis and survival rate of prostate carcinoma patients. The combined detection of MTA1 and XIAP proteins can be used to evaluate the incidence, development, and prognosis of prostate carcinoma and provide an important basis for its treatment.
