多排CT及后处理技术在节育器异位中的临床应用

摘    要:目的 探讨多排CT及后处理技术(VR、MPR、CPR)在节育器异位诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析本院2013年6月~2018年7月经膀胱镜、宫腔镜、肠镜、腹腔镜或传统开腹手术确诊的节育器异位患者28例的临床资料,分析CT在节育器异位时观察节育器异位的位置及与周围组织的位置关系的准确程度。结果 28例中CT准确结果与手术结果分别为:异位于膀胱14、14例,直肠4、5例,回盲区1、1例,子宫直肠间隙5、5例,子宫膀胱间隙2、2例,子宫左侧旁1、1例。结论多排CT及后处理技术在节育环异位定位中的诊断准确率较高,有助于临床术前治疗方案的确定。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of multi-row CT and post-processing techniques (VR, MPR, CRP) in the diagnosis of contraceptive ectopic.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 28 cases of ectopic patients diagnosed by cystoscopy, hysteroscopy, colonoscopy, laparoscopy or traditional laparotomy from June 2013 to July 2018 in our hospital was performed to analyze CT in the IUD. Observe the position of the contraceptive ectopic position and the accuracy of the positional relationship with the surrounding tissue when ectopic.Results In 28 cases, the accurate CT results and the surgical results were as follows: 14 and 14 cases were located in the bladder,4 or 5 cases of rectal mucosa,Back in blind zone 1, 1 case,5, 5 cases of uterine rectal space,2,2 cases of uterine bladder gap,1, 1 case on the left side of the uterus.Conclusion The multi-row CT and post-processing techniques have a high diagnostic accuracy in the ectopic positioning of the birth control ring, which is helpful for the determination of the preoperative treatment plan.
