| 摘 要： | 目的]建立一种可操作性、重复性好的高脂血症大鼠肝肾阴虚证动物模型。方法]将24只SD大鼠分为模型组和正常组,模型组12只予以高脂饮食及长期激怒,模拟高脂血症及中医肝肾阴虚证的病因,复制高脂血症大鼠肝肾阴虚证动物模型。结果]模型组大鼠出现明显消瘦、活动减少、竖毛少泽、食欲减少、弓背、扎堆等现象,生化检测结果TC（总胆固醇）、TG（甘油三酯）、LDL-C（低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇）显著升高;血浆cAMP（环腺苷酸）含量升高,E2（雌二醇）、E2/T比值显著升高。结论]高脂饮食配合长期激怒,可使大鼠的症状、实验室指标均能体现所模拟的高脂血症肝肾阴虚证模型,符合临床实际,可将该方法作为中医高脂血症肝肾阴虚证动物模型的制作方案。 |
