摘    要:目的:建立同时测定赤芍中氧化芍药苷和芍药苷含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用反向高效液相色谱法,使用AglientZorbaxSB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈—水,流速1mL/min,检测波长254nm,柱温35℃,进样量20μL。结果:氧化芍药苷回归方程为Y=41607X-164942,R=0.9994,线性范围为0.02525~0.20200mg/mL;芍药苷回归方程为Y=3641.6X+174622,R=0.9995,线性范围为0.2525~2.0200mg/mL。结论:建立了一个测定赤芍中氧化芍药苷和芍药苷含量的方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of oxypaeoniflorin and paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Method: An Aglient Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 min×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of aeetonitfile - water; the flow rate was 1 mL/min; the detector wavelength set at 254 nm; the column temperature was 35 ℃; injection volume was 20 μL. Results: The standard curves for oxypaeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.02525-0.20200mg/mL,the regression equation being Y=41607X-164942, R=0.9994; the standard curves for paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.2525-2.0200mg/mL, the regression equation being Y=3641.6X+174622, R=0.9995. Conclusion: A method suitable for determination of oxypaeoniflorin and paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra was established.
