新疆地区高等医学教育资源现况的调查分析

目的 了解新疆地区高等医学教育资源的分布、规模、配置等情况,为新疆地区医学教育资源的合理配置提供客观依据.方法 采用问卷调查法对新疆地区开设高等医学教育的院校进行教育资源普查.结果 各校指标达标情况为：师生比和教师学历比例有2所学校达标,教师职称和生均4项发展趋势达标者有3所学校,基本物力和信息资源的各指标均达标者仅1所学校.结论 在校教师呈现人员短缺、职称结构和学历结构偏低的状况.教育资源还存在教育经费投入不足,基本物力和信息教育资源配置不足和不均衡状况.

Investigation on current situation of higher medical educational resources in XINJIANG

Objective To investigate the distribution,scale and configuratlon of higher medical educational resources in XIN- JIANG,in order to provide an effective reference for reasonable allocation of educational resources. Methods A questionnaire survey about the distribution,scale and configuration of higher medical educational resources was conducted in all institutions of setting-up higher medical education in XINJIANG. Results Two institutions reached the standards in teacher-student ratio and the teachers＇ educational levels,three institutions reached the standards in the teachers＇ professional titles and average of the four funds in per student,and only one in stitution reached the standards in basic resources of material and information. Conclusion The higher medical institutions in XINJIANG are short of in-service teachers,and the teachers＇ educational levels and professional titles are low. Investment of educational funds is insufficient,and the distribution of basic educational resources shows shortage and unbalance.
