| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨聚髌器 (记忆合金 )与钢丝张力带在治疗髌骨骨折中的效果并进行相关比较。方法 :对 72例髌骨骨折患者中分组行钢丝张力带治疗和聚髌器治疗 ,并进行手术时间、术后功能锻炼开始时间、膝关节达到 90°的时间、手术后完全恢复功能时间、术后的并发症等情况相比较。结果 :髌骨骨折后经过聚髌器的治疗后手术时间有缩短 ;手术后聚髌器因为坚强并有一定的弹性 ,可以早期活动 ,并且在膝关节恢复到 90°和完全恢复的时间上均比张力带要早 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,手术后的并发症也相对于张力带要小。结论 :在髌骨骨折的治疗中 ,聚髌器比钢丝力带有更广泛的适应症与较理想的效果。

Compared analysis on the effect of treatment in patella fracture by strain belts and memory alloy |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:: To discuss the effect of treatment in patella fracture between by strain belts and by memory alloy (Patella Concentrators). METHODS: We separate 72 cases into two groups which were treated by strain belt and by memory alloy, and compared each other in operation time, exercise beginning date, knee joint resume 90 degree date, full recover date and side effects.RESULTS: It is shorter in the latter group in each target which means memory alloy is superior to strain belt in the treatment.CONCLUSION: Memory alloy is worthy of spread. |
