摘    要:肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率不断攀升。近年来随着肿瘤免疫学的快速发展,以免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)为主的免疫疗法为HCC的治疗带来了新的曙光。针对程序性死亡受体-1(programmed cell death protein-1,PD-1)等免疫检查点分子的ICIs已在HCC相关治疗的临床试验中显示出很好的疗效和安全性,但不同的治疗方案也存在各自的局限性。本文将介绍目前ICIs在HCC治疗中的研究进展,并概述其在临床治疗中面临的挑战。

Abstract:Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers in the world, with rising morbidity and mortality rates in recent years. With the rapid development of tumor immunology, immunotherapy based on immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has provided new options for the treatment of HCC patients. ICIs targeting immune checkpoint molecules such as programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) have shown great efficacy and safety in clinical trials of HCC-related therapies. However, different treatment regimens also have their limitations. Therefore, this review introduces the current research progress of ICIs in the treatment of HCC and outlines the challenges in future clinical research.
