摘    要:目的:研究急性炎症对黑色素瘤血管生成的影响。方法:C57BL小鼠,构建B16F10小鼠黑色素瘤动物模型,待肿瘤生长至0.8cm×0.8cm×0.8cm时构建伤口模型,分为单纯肿瘤组、同侧伤口+肿瘤组(局部组)和对侧伤口+肿瘤组(全身组),比较肿瘤微血管密度(MVD),免疫组织化学染色检测肿瘤组织VEGF的表达。结果:局部组和全身组肿瘤微血管密度明显低于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);VEGF阳性表达率在局部组和全身组均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:急性炎症可影响肿瘤组织VEGF的表达,明显抑制黑色素瘤血管生成。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of acute inflammation on angiogenesis in melanoma. Methods: B16F10 melanoma cells suspension was injected into the left groin area of the mice as mouse model when tumor growth in 0.8 cm×0.8 cm×0.8 em.Wound was built on the same and opposite sides of bodies in the focal group and systemic group separately, the control group without wound. HE staining was performed to compare the microvessel density (MVD) among these groups. Immunhistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of VEGF. Results: The MVD in the two experimental groups were both less than that in the control group (P〈0.05); The positive expression ratios of VEGF in experimental groups statistically were different from the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Acute inflammation is able to inhibit the expression of VEGF,which ultimately inhibits the angiogenesis of B 16 melanoma.
