多巴酚丁胺负荷试验~(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌断层显像对冠状动脉性心脏病的诊断价值

目的 ]探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷试验99mTc MIBI心肌断层显像对冠状动脉性心脏病的诊断价值 .方法 ]采用分级递增多巴酚丁胺负荷量至最高负荷量时静脉注射99mTc MIBI行心肌断层显像的方法 ,间隔 4 8h再行静息断层显像 .将 2 2例冠状动脉性心脏病患者和 12例正常对照组进行比较 .结果 ]多巴酚丁胺99mTc MIBI心肌断层显像对冠状动脉性心脏病的敏感性和特异性分别为 82 % ( 18/ 2 2 )和 92 %( 11/ 12 ) ,在整个试验过程中未发现严重的不良反应 .结论 ]多巴酚丁胺负荷心肌断层显像对冠状动脉性心脏病具有较高的诊断价值 ,并安全可行 ,无创伤性 .

Diagnostic value of dobutamine ~(99m) Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary artery disease

OBJECTIVE? To study the diagnostic value of dobutamine 99m Tc MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary artery disease. ?METHODS?The myocardial perfusion imaging was performed by intravenous injection of 99m Tc MIBI at increasing dobutamine dose grade by grade within capacity load and that in tranquillization was again performed at interval of 48?h. 22 cases of coronary artery disease were compared with 12 cases of normal individuals.?RESULTS?the sensitivity and specificity of dobutamine 99m Tc MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary artery disease were 82% (18/22) and 92% (11/12) respectively, and the sereous adverse reaction could not been found during the whole process of examination.?CONCLUSION? The dobutamine 99m Tc MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging .
