糖链抗原CA_(50)和癌胚抗原联合检测在良、恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的 ]探讨糖链抗原CA50 和癌胚抗原联合检测在良、恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断中的价值 .方法 ]应用单克隆肿瘤标记物糖链抗原CA50 、癌胚抗原测定其在 4 0例良、恶性肿瘤病人血清、胸腔积液中的浓度 .结果 ]糖链抗原CA50 、癌胚抗原在恶性胸腔积液及血清诊断的敏感性分别为 76%和 71% ,特异性分别为 94 %和 10 0 % ,阳性预计值分别为 94 %和 10 0 % 结论 ]恶性胸腔积液和血清糖链抗原CA50 与癌胚抗原浓度之间具有相关性 .联合检测胸腔积液及血清的糖链抗原CA50 和癌胚抗原可提高恶性胸腔积液的正确诊断率 .

Abstract:OBJECTIVE?To study the value of comprehensive Measuring CA 50 and carcinoembryonic antigen in differential diagnosis between the benign and malignant hydrops of thoracic cavity. ?METHODS? Using monoclonal antibody, the concentration of CA 50 and carcinoembryonic antigen in hydrops of thoracic cavity and serum was determined in 40 cases of benign and malignant tumors. ?RESULTS? The diagnostic sensitivity in hydrops of thoracic cavity and serum for the CA 50 and carcinoembryonic antigen was 76% and 61%, and the specificity and positive estimative value were 94% and 100%, respectively. There was a correlation between the concentration of CA 50 and carcinoembryonic antigen in the malignant hydrops of thoracic cavity and serum. ?CONCLUSION? The diagnostic rate of malignant hydrops of thoracic cavity could be improved through comprehensive measuring CA 50 and carcinoembryonic antigen in hydrops of thoracic cavity and serum.
