| 摘 要： | 目的 ]通过检测大肠癌患者血清癌胚抗原、CA2 4 2 来研究此 2种肿瘤标志物与癌周间质反应的相关性 .方法 ]应用放射免疫法检测 33例可切除大肠癌患者血清中上述标志物 .在术后标本观察癌周间质反应情况 .结果 ]血清癌胚抗原与癌周间质反应不相关 ,血清CA2 4 2 在癌症间质单个核细胞反应阴性与弱阳性、阳性之间有显著性差异 ,阳性率间亦有大差别 .癌周纤维增生阴性与阳性之间有显著性差异 ,阳性率亦有差别 .结论 ]大肠癌患者血清癌胚抗原与癌周间质反应强弱无关 ;血清CA2 4 2 与癌周间质反应强弱密切相关

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE*!To study the correlation of serum CEA, CA 242 and the interstitial reaction in carcinoma of large intestine.*!METHODS*!The serum CEA and CA 242 were detected by radioimmunoassay in 33 cases of adenocarcinoma of large intestine and the interstitial reaction was observed by histopathology.*!RESULTS*!The levels of CEA were not bound up with strong, poor interstitial reaction surrounding cancer. But the CA 242 levels showed the group of MI(-) were much higher than that of MI (+,) and so were positive rates , the group of FP (-) were much higher than that of FP (+) , so were positive rates.*!CONCLUSION*!The serum CEA was not interrelated with the immune reaction surrounding cancer. The serum CA 242 in colorectal cancer correlated with the immune reaction surrounding cancer. |
