霉菌性食管炎的内镜及临床分析

目的探讨霉菌性食管炎的内镜及临床分析。方法回顾性分析我院自2008年12月至2012年11月收治的60例霉菌性食管炎患者,采用内镜进行诊断,一旦确诊后,应尽快根据患者的具体病情,制定个性化的治疗方案。结果1级的患者为28例,所占比例为46．7％;2级的患者为14例,所占比例为23．3％;3级的患者为10例,所占比例为16．7％;4级的患者为8例,所占比例为13．3％。临床资料进一步显示,霉菌性食管炎患者易合并以下几种疾病：糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、肝硬化;给予38例霉菌性食管炎患者口服制霉菌素,所占比例为63．3％;给予16例霉菌性食管炎患者口服伊曲康唑,所占比例为26．7％;给予6例霉菌性食管炎患者静脉注射氟康唑,所占比例为10．0％。经过有效治疗后。临床症状得到改善的患者为40例,缓解的患者为18例,无效的患者为2例。结论内镜是准确诊断霉菌性食管炎有效的方法之一,通过对霉菌性食管炎采取个性化的治疗方案,改善了霉菌性食管炎患者的临床症状,提高了患者的生活质量。

Through effective treatment, 40 case＇s clinical symptoms im- proved, 18 eases remission, 2 coses ineffective. Conclusion Endoscopy was the accurate diagnosis of fungal esophagitis effective way, through the fungal esophagitis took personalized treatment programs to improve the fungal esophagitis in patients with clinical symptoms and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
