摘    要:目的本研究为了建立一套更合理、有效的医院职能科室绩效管理体系。方法结合某三甲医院的综合目标考核现状,对绩效管理体系设计的可能因素进行探讨。结果现行考核体系不完善。结论通过研究改进该医院的行政职能科室的考核体系,以更有效的促进管理。

Abstract:Objectives To explore performance management methods in administration department and to establish an scientificity and efficiency performance management system in administration departnents. Methods Combined with the current situation of performance assessment in the three level hospital, the necessity of implementing performance management and how to design performance management system was discussed. Results This performance assessment is not scientific. Conclusions Status of mixed management in administration department has been changed and an integrated and efficiency public hospital management platform has been built.
