经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效分析

目的分析经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的效果。方法选取我院于2012年1月至2013年6月收治的96例复杂性肾结石患者,将其随机分成两组各48例。观察组行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术,对照组行体外震波碎石经皮穿刺肾造瘘肾镜取石术,并观察分析两组术中、术后的情况。结果对照组结石粉碎率为72.91%,结石取净率为47.91%;观察组结石粉碎率为100.0%,结石取净率为89.58%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗肾结石术中出血少,清除结石效率高、术后不良反应少、手术时间短,显著缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Analysis on the Efficacy of Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy with Holmium Laser in the Treatment of Complex Renal Calculi

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser in the treatment of complex renal calculi. Methods Ninety-six patients with complex renal calculi in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. Patient in the observation group received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser, while patients in the control group received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL） ＋ percutaneous nephrolithotomy renal lithotomy. The intraoperative and postoperative situation were observed and analyzed. Results The stone crushing rate was 100.0% of observation group, significantly higher than 72.91% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The stone free rate was 89.58% of observation group, significantly higher than 47.91% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser in the treatment of complex renal calculi has the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss, higher efficiency of removing stones, fewer postoperative adverse reactions, shorter operative time and shorter therapy time, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
