护理领导者非权力影响力的研究

摘    要:领导者影响力由权力影响力及非权力影响力组成,非权力影响力是领导者的自身素质和实现行为的自然性影响力,由领导者的品格,才能,知识和情感因素组成,对他人的影响是以内在感染的形式潜在地发挥作用,比权力影响力广泛持久,而且制约权力影响力,护理管理者要提高自身的非权力影响力,可通过各种途径,加强学习,完善自我,树立“以人为本”的观念,尊重和重视护理人员潜能的发挥,敢于为护理人员承担责任,并在工作中不断反馈,认识自己的不足,以增强护理管理者的魅力,达到有效管理的目的。

Abstract:The influence of leaders consists of both power influence and non-power influence. Non-power influence is self-quality and natural affect of leaders to achieve performance, which is composed of the leader's characteristics, capability, knowledge and emotional factors. Non-power influence of leaders plays the role potentially by means of internal affecting. Compared with power influence, it is more lasting, and it can restrict the power influence to certain extent. To enhance the non-power influence, nursing administrators may strengthen their learning to improve themselves by all means. They may set up the concept of "Human Being is the Foundation". Nursing administrators should pay more attention to developing the potential ability of nursing staffs and undertake responsibilities for them. Nursing administrators should also get feedback information from nurses and find out the weakness of their own. In this way, nursing administrators can both increase their charm and attain the goal of effective management.
