| 摘 要： | 本实验研究了四逆散的抗病毒及诱生干扰素作用。结果表明,四逆散在细胞培养内具有一定的抗病毒作用。该方还显示出在小鼠体内具有对DPV诱生干扰素的促进作用和直接诱生干扰素的作用。为四逆散临床治疗病毒性疾病提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the antiviral VSV effect of Sinisan with model of VSV-L929 cells and induced the interferon in mice. Sinisan supperspive effects on VSV in L929 cells calture. Sinisan promoted inducing and induced IFN of mice. Sinisan anti-VSV virup effect seemed to be that of inducing of serum interferon. It might be one of the effect of Sinisan on the antiviral disease. |
