| 摘 要： | 冠心病心绞痛患者29例(男性19例,女性10例;年龄56±10a)接受尼卡地平与安慰剂双盲对照试验,20例服尼卡地平20mg, tid, po;9例服安慰剂;均服4wk。该29例治疗前红细胞内铜含量与13例正常人相同,锌含量明显高于正常人。20例经尼卡地平治疗后红细胞内锌含量明显下降(P<0.05),9例服安慰剂治疗后锌、铜含量无变化。相关分析表明红细胞内锌含量与血清高密度脂蛋白呈负相关;与甘油三酯呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) in erythrocytes (RBC) were determined in 13 normal persons and angina in 29 patients, in whom 20 patients were given nicardipine 20 mg, tid for 4 wk, and 9 patients were given placebo as double-blind controls. Before treatment, the Zn content of RBC in angina in 29 patients was much higher than that in the normal persons (P<0. 01). After treatment, the Zn content decreased greatly (P<0. 05); but the Zn and Cu contents showed no change after the placebo treatment. That Zn content in RBC showed a negative correlation with the high density lipoprotein (P< 0. 05), but a positive correlation with triglyceride(P<0. 01) in serum, and no significant correlation with cholesterol nor with low denSity lipoproteins. |
