空心加压螺钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折32例疗效分析

目的探讨空心加压螺钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法对32例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者采用3枚双重加压中空螺钉固定。结果32例伤口均一期愈合。随访6月～2年,平均1年2个月。下地负重时间4～6个月,骨折愈合时间4～6个月。术后Harrris评分优11例,良16例,差5例。发生并发症6例,其中骨折不愈合3例,股骨头坏死3例。结论双重中空加压螺钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折具有固定确切、费用低、操作简单、损伤小、骨折愈合效果好、便于早期发现股骨头坏死以便早期治疗等优点,是较理想的方法。

Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Young Adults by Hollow Compression Screws:the Effect Analysis of 32 Cases

Objective To discuss the effect of hollow compression screws for treating the femoral neck fracture in young adults. Methods 32 cases were treated by double hollow compression screws. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 24 months. The weight-bearing time was 4 ～ 6 months. Bone healing time was 4 ～ 6 months. According to Harrris score,The result was rated as excellent in 11 cases,good in 16 cases and fair in 5 cases. Complications occurred in 6 cases,bone nonunion occurred in 3 cases,and femoral head necrosis occurred in 3 cases. Conclusions The therapy of double hollow compression screws for treating the femoral neck fracture in young adults has merits of firm fixation,low expense,easy practice,good recovery,and early detection of femoral head necrosis,which is an ideal therapeutic method.
