自主神经功能异常与阵发性心房颤动的关系

目的:探讨自主神经活动在阵发性心房颤动发作前后的变化及其与阵发性心房颤动的关系。方法:在动态心电图上测量分析了25例阵发性房颤患者53阵次心房颤动发作前后及白天(6∶00~22∶00)和夜间(22∶00~6∶00)的心率变异指标(SDNN、LF、HF、LF/HF)的变化。结果:房颤发作前5m inSDNN、HF较终止后5m in显著升高(P<0.01),LF/HF显著降低(P<0.05),LF无变化;LF、HF白天均高于夜间(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01),夜晚LF高于HF(P<0.05),白天与夜间SDNN、LF/HF无差异,白天LF与HF无差异。结论:阵发性心房颤动患者白天迷走神经张力增强;迷走神经张力变化是阵发性房颤发作和终止的重要原因。

The relation between autonomic nervous dysfunction and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective: To explore the change of autonomic nervous function before and after paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and the relation ship between them.Methods: SDNN,LF,HF,LF/HF of Heart rate variability were measured with 24 hour dynamic ECG recording in 25 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Results:SDNN and HF before paroxysmal atrial fibrillation increased significantly compared with those after the termination(P <0.01);LF/HF decreased remarkably(P <0.05).LF and HF at day increased significantly compared with those at night(separately,P <0.05,P <0.01 respectirely),and LF was more higher than HF night(P <0.01).Conclusion: The vagal activation increases in the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation at day.And The change of vagal activation may be one of the causes of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation onset and termination.
