肾绞痛的X线和输尿管镜诊治

目的：探讨肾绞痛患者的尿石实际发生情况以及肾绞痛的输尿管镜处理。方法：回顾分析了200例肾绞痛患者的X线检查结果，对比30例肾绞痛输尿管镜检查及处理结果。结果：X线对肾绞痛的尿石阳性发现率为20％，输尿管镜的阳性率为90％；同时输尿管镜可对绞痛性尿石作即刻有效处理。结论：X线对肾绞痛的尿石诊断率远低于输尿管镜，输尿管镜配合气压弹道碎石可作为处理较痛性尿石一种新的有效手段。

X-ray and ureteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of renal colic

Objective To study urolithiasis in renal colic patients and ureteroscopic treatment of colic urolithiasis. Mehthods X-ray diagnosis results of 200 renal colic patients were reviewed, then those were compared with ureteroscopic diagnosis and treatment results of 30 renal colic patients. Results Positive rate of X-ray of diagnosis renal colic as urolithiasis was 20%, and that of ureteroscopy was 90%. At the same time, colic urolithiasis could be managed by ureteroscopy. Conclusions Positive rate of X-ray in renal colic diagnosis as urolithiasis was lower than that of ureteroscopy. As a new method, ureteroscopy together with the air pressure crushing of urelithiasis could be achieved good results in management of colic urelithiasis.
