纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术在重症肺部感染中的治疗效果分析

目的 探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术在重症肺部感染中的应用.方法 选择2008年10月至2011年6月收治的重症肺部感染患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组30例采用常规治疗,观察组30例采用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术治疗,并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 观察组咳嗽、咳痰消失时间、发热缓解时间明显早于对照组,住院天数明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)观察组总有效率为96.7％,对照组总有效率为80.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 纤维支气管镜灌洗微创、安全有效、方便快捷,避免了吸痰管吸痰的低效率和盲目性,可充分引流管腔痰液,有效控制感染,最大限度的缩短痛程,提高治愈率,显著改善患者生存质量.

Analysis on effects of fiber bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in treating severe pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate the application of fiber bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection.Methods 60 cases of severe pulmonary infection treated from October 2008 to June 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases) was treated by conventional treatment and the observation group(30 cases) by fiber bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.The clinical data of the two groups were performed the retrospective analysis.Results The disappearing time of cough and expectoration and relieving time of fever in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization days were obviously shorter than those in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 80% in the control group,also showing statistical differences between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The fiber bronchoscopic alveolar lavage is not only minimally invasive,safe,effective and convenient,but also can avoid the poor efficiency and blindness in the sputum suction by sputum suction tube.Moreover,this method can completely drain sputum in lumen,control the infection effectively,shorten the disease course to the largest extent and improve the cure rate.Therefore,the life quality of the patients is greatly improved.
