Prolift全盆底重建术TVT-O治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的疗效观察

目的评价Prolift全盆底重建术联合TVT-O术在治疗功能障碍性疾病的有效性和安全性。方法对我院2009年4月至2011年10月收治的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者行Prolift全盆底重建术,合并压力性尿失禁患者同时行经闭孔尿道中段无张力悬吊术(TVT-O)。依据POP-Q评分结果及生活质量、性生活方面问卷调查评价手术效果。结果 11例手术效果良好,相关症状消失或改善。术后随访6-24个月,近期疗效满意。网片侵蚀1例、并发张力性尿失禁1例,无术后感染发生,术后生活质量改善明显(P<0.05),性生活质量术前术后无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 Prolift全盆底重建并TVT-O术是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

The efficancy of transvaginal total Prolift Suspensory and combining with suspensory midst urethra in surgery therapy on pelvic floor dysfunctional

【Objective】To evaluate the efficancy and safety of transvaginal total Prolift Suspensory and combining with suspensory midst urethra(tensiongfree vaginal tape-obtubrator,TVT-O) in surgery therapy on pelvic floor dysfuctional(PFD).【Methods】Patients suffuered PFD were therapy by Prolift total pelvic floor reconstruction,combining stress urinary incontience were therapy by tension-free vaginal tape-obtubrator system in our hospital from April 2009 to October 2011.Evaluate to effectiveness of surgery according to POP-Q score,sexual life questionnaire and quality of life.【Resluts】There were no severe intraoperative complications in all 11cases,associated symptoms disappeared and improved.All the cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months after operation,the recent curative effects were satisfied.Mesh erosion happened in 1 case,1 case become SUI,and no case infection happened.All cases had significant improvement in quality of life(P<0.05).NO significant difference in sexual life after operation(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Prolift system combining TVT-O is a effective and safe treatment in PFD.
