| 摘 要： | 目的:建立蒙脱石散中三氧化二铝的含量测定方法.方法:采用滴定法对该药中的三氧化二铝的含量进行测定.结果:经过系统的实验研究,测得平均回收半为99.31%,RSD为1.37%(n=6).结论:该方法操作简易,专属性及重现性好,可有效的控制蒙脱石散的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the content of Al_2O_3 determination in Smectite. Methods:Conducted Al_2O_3 determination in this drug by Titration.Results:By systematically study,the average recovery of the method was 99.31%,RSD=1.37%(n=6).Conclusion:It is a simple and accurate operating method with good specificity and repeatability,and it was capable to effectively control quality of Smectite Power. |
