丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人流术80例临床疗效观察

目的 观察丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人流术的临床疗效.方法 将2005年1～12月来我院要求人流术的早孕妇女160例随机分为2组,采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉作人流术的早孕妇女于术前加用米索前列醇为手术组(A组);单用丙泊酚静脉麻醉作人流术的早孕妇女为对照组(B组).观察术中扩宫的难易程度、手术时间、术中出血量及手术并发症.结果 A组术中无阻力扩宫的例数明显多于对照组(P＜0.01),手术时间亦明显缩短(P＜0.05),麻醉药物用量减少,术中副反应下降,但术中出血量差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人流术,具有扩张宫颈,便于手术操作,缩短手术时间,减少丙泊酚用量优点,并能减轻人流术所造成的孕妇身心负担.

Clinical observation of disoprofol and misoprostol in painless artificial abortion

Objective To study the effect of disoprofol and misoprostol transvenous anaesthesia in painless induced abortion.Methods 80 cases of pregnant women using disoprofol and misoprostol were selected as group A and another 80 cases using disoprofol as group B.The dilatation of cervix,operative time,amount of bleeding during operation and side-effect were observed.Results There were easier cervical dilatation,shorter operative time,less anaesthetic medicine and less side-effect in the two former groups(P<0.01)than in the control group.Conclusion The application of disoprofol coupled with misoprostol in painless artificial abortion can contribute to easier cervical dilatation,improved operation quality,less side-effect caused by the operation.
