| 摘 要： | 目的 本文旨在分析胸部放射治疗是否增加表阿霉素的心脏毒性。方法 回顾性分析 128例接受表阿霉素化疗和配合或不配合胸部放射治疗的乳腺癌患者,对其治疗前后的心电图检查结果进行统计学分析。结果 表阿霉素化疗配合胸部放射治疗的乳腺癌患者的心脏毒性明显高于单纯化疗组 (P<0.001);而放化疗组中表阿霉素累积剂量超过 200mg/m2时,心脏毒性明显增加。结论 表阿霉素的心脏毒性与表阿霉素的累积剂量及胸部放射治疗有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation facters that influen eiprubicin cardiotoxicity.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with the breast cancer were ebserved. Electrocardiogram was examined before and after each cycle of chemotherapy.The results were analyzed by SPSS10.Results Adriamycin cardiotoxicity was associatied with dose of eiprubicin and radiotherapy.Chest radiotherapy increased the eiprubicin cardiotoxicity.Conclusion Radiotherapy would lead to increase the eiprubicin cardiotoxicity when it was carried out in the patients with breast cancer who were carried out in combined chemotherapy with eiprubicin.The dose of eiprubicin would be loaded down . |
