急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复

摘    要:目的探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响.方法92例发病<1周的急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成康复组和对照组各46例.2组神经内科常规治疗相同,康复组同时由经过专业训练的治疗师给于系统的康复训练.结果采用临床神经功能评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和修订的巴氏指数(MBI)等对2组进行治疗前后评分显示,治疗前2组评分差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后康复组各项指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论早期康复可以防止和减轻废用综合征的产生,促进功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,对患者预后有良好的影响.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation on the motor function and daily life active ability of the patients with acute cerebral stroke induced hemiplegia. Methods Ninety two cases of acute cerebral stroke within one week of onset were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group ( n =46 in each group). The patients in the rehabilitation group received systemic rehabilitation training by specialized physicians. Results Clinical neurological function grading, Fugl Meyer motor function grading (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) were used to grade the patients in the two groups before and after treatment. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the grading between the two groups before the treatment ( P >0.05). After treatment, the grading of varied indexes in the rehabilitation group was obviously better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation could prevent and mitigate disuse syndrome, promote function recovery and improve the daily life ability.
