2型糖尿病使用胰岛素治疗利与弊

目的提醒患者和临床医生对2型糖尿病的重视及采用适当的治疗方案。方法通过搜集大量资料对2型糖尿病患者进行的治疗方案与临床应用现状的分析进行归纳、整理给予论述。结果2型糖尿病患者用胰岛素治疗，把血糖控制在安全范围内防止日后发生其他并发症。结论胰岛素能很好控制二型糖尿病患者病情的同时也存在一些弊端，从而指导二型。

Advantage and disadvantage of insulin on treatment with Type 2 diabetes

Objective Remind patients and clinicians on the importance of Type 2 diabetes and the use of appropriate treatment programs. Methods Large amounts of date of treatment options and chinical application states couected from Type Ⅱ diabetes were summarized,collated and discussed. Results Patients with type 2 diabetes were given insulin treatment to control the blood glucose in the safety area to prevent future complications Conclusion Insulin can be a very good control of Type II diabetes patients, while there are some drawbacks, and thus guide 2 diabetes patients safety and rational drug use.
