摘    要:用Grimelius嗜银法研究了小鼠胚胎14天至成年十二指肠嗜银细胞的发育分化过程。提示肠嗜银细胞可能有外分泌功能。

Abstract:The development and differentiation of the argyrophil cells in the duodenum from the 14-day mouse embryo to adult mouse were studied by means of Grimelius method of argyrophil reaction. The results were as follows: 1. Argyophil cells first appeared in the duodenal epithelium on the 16th day fetus and their number approched that of adult by the 4th weekend after birth. 2. Before birth, argyrophil cells were most located in the epithelium of the villi and at the adult stage, and they were mainly scattered in the crypt and the basal portion of the villi. 3. During the embryo stage, argyrophil cells were basically of close type and after birth the cells of open-type gradually increased in number. 4. Both the basal and the lateral sides of the argyrophil cells had cellular processes that were abundant in argyrophil granules. 5. Argyophil granules were usually found to extend the luminal surface and sometimes, they were observed extracellularly in the gland cavity, which suggests that the argyrophil cells of the duodenum may have exocrine functions.
