| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C-反应蛋白（CRP）检测在儿科感染性疾病中的早期诊断及疗效判断的价值。方法对207例住院的感染性疾病患儿的CRP及白细胞常规值进行测定，3d后再次测定。结果各项指标均有不同程度异常，细菌感染组与病毒、支原体组相比较CRP增高程度最为显著（P〈0．001）。结论CRP检测可用于儿科感染性疾病的早期辅助性判断，动态检测其变化对疗效判断有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of detection of C-reactive protcin（CRP） in early diagnostic and therapeutic effects of the pediatric infectious diseases. Methods To determine C-reactive protein and WBC routine in 207 children patients of infectious diseases. Results CRP level was much higher in bacterial-infected children and virus-infected children than mycoplasma-infeeted children （P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion Detection of CRP is a rapid, easy, and sensitive assay. It may be used in the pediatric infectious disease＇s early diagnosis and judgment. Changes of CRP level have certain value to the curative effect judgment. |
