摘    要:主动脉脉搏波速度(aoPWV)是心血管疾病的独立预测因子,但难以采用波形分析方法直接获取,医学界采用颈股PWV(cfPWV)、臂踝PWV(baPWV)、心股PWV(hfPWV)近似代替aoPWV。目前三种指标在国内外均有应用,但三者的差异性尚未得到深入研究。我们设计了一种无创脉搏波检测仪器,同步采集心电、心音和多路脉搏波信号,采用专用软件准确解析出上述三种PWV,为后续研究工作提供了基础实验平台。实测结果表明:采集的波形信号稳定、真实,可准确获取cfPWV、baPWV、hfPWV。

Abstract:Aortic pulse wave velocity(aoPWV) is an independent predictor of cardiovascular,but difficult to obtain by wavef orm analysis method,usually replaced by carotid-femoral PWV(cfPWV)、brachial-ank le PWV(baPWV) and heart-femoral PWV(hfPWV) approximatively.At present,cfPWV、ba PWV、hfPWV are widely used at home and abroad,but their differences have not bee n well studied.We designe a non-invasive pulse wave detection device,to acquire ECG、heart sound and multi-pulse wave signals simultaneously,calculat the thre e PWV accurately by dedicated software,provide a basic experimental platform fo r following studies.Experiment results show that waveform signals obtained by our device are stability,real cfPWV,baPWV and hfPWV can be figured out accurate ly.
