不同浸提介质对一次性使用球囊扩张导管体外细胞毒性评价的影响

摘    要:研究不同浸提介质对一次性使用球囊扩张导管体外细胞毒性评价的影响。采用不同的浸提介质制备了一次性使用球囊扩张导管浸提液,以MTT法评价浸提液对小鼠成纤维细胞L929活性与增殖的影响,计算相对增殖率(RGR)。一次性使用球囊扩张导管不同浸提液之间的OD值存在差异,四种浸提液的RGR值均〉80%,细胞毒性均为1级。选择含血清的MEM是评价介入类医疗器械体外细胞毒性实验的理想浸提介质。

Abstract:To evaluate the effect of different extraction vehicle on cytotoxicity of single use balloon catheter.A series of extracts of single use balloon cathete r was prepared by different extraction vehicle.L-929 mouse fibroblasts were eva luated by MTT assay after incubation with different extracts,and then relative growth rate(RGR) was calculated.RGR of 4 extracts of single use balloon c atheter are greater than 80%.The scores of cytotoxicity are grade 1.MEM with se rum is an ideal extraction vehicle for In vitro cytotoxicity evaluat ion of interventional medical devices.
