| 摘 要： | 本文报道了鄱阳湖区血吸虫病重疫区实施全民化疗结合健康教育策略控制血吸虫病效果的纵向观察结果。结果表明，居民血吸虫病粪检阳性率从1992年的26.0％降到1994年的10．7％；感染度（EPG）从1992年的1．92降到1994年的0．55，居民的患病状况，如肝脾肿大、肝纤维化等在化疗后有较大的改善。根据湖区血吸虫病传播规律和不同人群血吸虫病防制效果，本文并提出此类疫区今后血吸虫病防治的优化策略。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the endemic situation of schistosomiasis japonica in Fanhu village,Poyang Lake region,P, R. of China and the effect of the strategy of combining annual mass chemotherapy with health education on schistosomiasis control in the community. The results showed that the prevalence of infection with schistosome reduced form 26. 0% in 1992 to 10. 7% in 1994,the intensity of infection-eggs per gram (EPG) in residents decreased from 1. 92 in 1992 to 0. 55 in 1994 and the condition of hepatomegaly,splenomegaly and liver fibrosis also improved after chemotherapy in the individuals of the "case perspective study". According to the law of transmission of schistosomiasis in lake regions and the effect of antischistosomiasis in different population, the future strategies of schistosomiasis control in these areas have been suggested. |
