尿白细胞、红细胞干化学法检测与人工显微镜检查的比较

摘    要:目的通过尿液干化学法检测白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC),与人工显微镜检查作比较,对干化学法产生假阳性及假阴性结果原因进行探讨。方法随机收集本院门诊患者新鲜尿液标本500份,分别采用干化学法检测及人工显微镜检查其尿液中WBC、RBC。结果以人工显微镜检查为对照,干化学法WBC检测结果的阳性符合率为84.23%,阴性符合率为95.68%,假阳性率为4.31%,假阴性率为15.77%;RBC检测结果的阳性符合率为93.7%,阴性符合率为86.27%,假阳性率为13.72%,假阴性率为6.29%。结论干化学法检测尿液WBC、RBC快速简便,适用于检测尿液WBC、RBC的过筛,但此法假阳性与假阴性较高,不能完全取代人工显微镜检查。

Abstract:Objective To compare the results of urine white blood cell (WBC) and red blood cell (RBC) detection by dry chemistry method and microscope method, and discuss the false positive or false negative results of dry chemistry method. Methods 500 fresh urine samples from outpatients were collected randomly and analyzed by means of dry chemistry method and microscope method. The WBC and RBC were determined. Results In comparison with the microscope method, the dry chemistry detection of WBC had the results of positive coincidence rate 84.23%, negative coincidence rate 95.68%, false positive rate 4.31% and false negative rate 15.77%. As for RBC, the dry chemistry method had the results of positive coincidence rate 93.7%, negative coincidence rate 86.27%, false positive rate 13.72% and false negative rate 6.29%. Conclusions It is more rapid and easier for WBC and RBC detection by the way of dry chemistry method that can be applied to screen WBC and RBC in urine samples. However, it has the relative high false positive and false negative rates, so it cannot replace the microscope method completely.
