脑络通胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死临床观察

目的观察脑络通胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法243例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组121例给予脑络通胶囊,1次2粒,1日3次;对照组122例给予脑安胶囊,1次2粒,1日2次。均4周为1个疗程,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组在改善神经功能缺损、提高生活质量、改善病残程度等方面与对照组相似,经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05);在改善中医证候方面,经统计学处理也无显著性差异(P>0.05);未发现明显不良反应。结论脑络通胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死临床疗效确切,且服用安全。

Observation of cerebral infarction with type of stagnation of phlegm blocks the heart-vessels treated by Naoluotong capsule

Objective To observe the effect of Naoluotong capsule on the treatment of cerebral infarction with type of stagnation of phlegm blocks the heart-vessels.Method 243 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=122) were treated only by Naoan capsule,2 pills twice a day.And patients in treatment group(n=121) were treated by Naoluotong capsule,2 pills 3 times a day.The effect was observed before and after treatment in both groups for 4 weeks. Result There were no significant differences on improvement of neurologic impairment,life quality,disability degree and TCM Syndrome between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Naoluotong capsule has a good effect on treating on the treatment of cerebral infarction with type of stagnation of phlegm blocks the heart-vessels.
