| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨特拉唑嗪改善老年高血压的安全性、有效性以及副作用。方法 45例老年高血压病人用特拉唑嗪前后均做ABPM的观察。结果 用特拉唑嗪后全天平均血压、白天平均血压、夜间平均血压均有明显下降。结论 特拉唑嗪为长效降压药，对脏器无毒害，用药安全系数大，同时可兼顾治疗前列腺增生引起的夜尿增多。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of terazosin. Methods 45 elder patients with hypertension were treated with terazosin. All cases were evaluated dy 24 hr ABPM. Results Average blood pressure of 24 hrs,daytime and nighttime were significantly reduced. Conclusions Terazosin is a safe and effective antihypertensiive agent in elderly essential hypertension as well as BPH. |
