辛夷药理作用和临床应用研究进展

辛夷是木兰科植物望春花、玉兰或武当玉兰的干燥花蕾。辛夷的主要化学成分存在于挥发油中,主要药理活性成分为木脂素和新木脂素等;主要药理作用包括抗炎、抗变态反应、抗病原微生物、抗氧化以及舒张平滑肌等;临床主要用来治疗急慢性鼻炎、过敏性鼻炎和其他的鼻炎症状。目前对辛夷的开发利用仅限于辛夷精油提取和鼻炎用药,许多其他药理作用仍缺乏深入研究。本文综述了辛夷药材的药理作用及在临床应用方面的研究进展,旨在为深入系统研究辛夷药用价值提供参考。

Research progress in pharmacological effects and clinical application of Flos magnoline

Flos magnoline is the flower of Magnolia biondii Pamp.,Magnolia denudata Desr.or Magnolia sprengeri Pamp..Lignans and neolignans in the volatile oil are the main pharmacologically active ingredients.Flos magnaline has many pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic,antipathogenic microorganism effect,anti-oxidation and relaxation of smooth muscle.So it’s used to treat acute and chronic rhinitis,allergic rhinitis and other symptoms of rhinitis in clinic.The development and utilization of Flos magnoline is only in extract Magnolia oil and rhinitis,many other pharmacological effects are lack of deep research.This paper mainly summarizes the research advance of Flos magnoline about pharmacology and clinic,which can provide some reference for the further research.
